‘Still Standing’: After Getting 12 Votes in Iowa, GOP Candidate Jim Gilmore Gloats About Making It to Final Nine

After two Republican presidential candidates suspended their campaigns Wednesday, former Virginia Gov. Jim Gilmore took to Twitter to remind the electorate that he is “still standing” in the Republican race.

Gilmore received only 12 votes during the Iowa Republican caucus, but some Twitter users said that the fact that Gilmore remains in the race is evidence of #Gilmentum.
